Texair Company has factory trained service technicians that can diagnose the root problem of your HVAC system. We install and service light commercial HVAC equipment all the way up to large chillers. Our sales team is manned by people that have been in the field and know our industry front to back. We have been servicing the Rio Grande Valley and deep South Texas since 1952.
In order to keep your HVAC system at its peak performance, we offer diversified preventative maintenance (PM) programs to fit your building and your budget. Regular and proper preventative maintenance will keep repair cost down and will help head off major breakdowns.
In addition to service and preventative maintenance, Texair has an estimating team for engineered plan and spec projects. We have a construction team consisting of project managers, welders, and pipe fitters all supported by a construction manager that oversees all projects. We have implemented a high tech system that allows each project manager to send in daily reports from the field via tablets to help management with tracking job progress.
Texair Co. has rental cooling available from 1 ton room spot coolers all the way up to 200 ton mobile chillers. We can connect any combination of chillers together to provide up to 800 tons of cooling. All of our rental equipment is located right here in the RGV. We pride ourselves on how quickly we can mobilize and get a customer back up and cooling when their main chiller is out of commission. If your building doesn’t already have connections, our team can permanently weld in chilled water connections to your building to allow for temporary chillers to be connected.
